The two broad categories of way for escaping the eviction is pay or comply. If he has not paid the rent, he is required to pay the rent or quit. And if the tenant has caused any problems he is required to comply or leave the property. One has to provide his tenant a limit of 4 to 6 days before consulting the court of law for further legislation.
